I made this with hamburger added with taco seasoning in it. I cooked down the pepper and onions when I browned the meat and added taco seasoning to the mixture.Made a more complete meal. Served to about 60 people and got rave reviews. Time consuming though.

I was concerned that it would be bland so I added some spicy sausage and it was really good. I layered it with 2/3 of the biscuit salsa mix, then meat, then veggies, then remaining biscuit mix and topped it off with a mix of montery jack and pepper jack cheese.

This recipe is fantastic! I add ground lean turkey meat before I pile on the toppings, and add more salsa so that it isn't as dry. Every single time I make this I get amazing results, it looks pretty and everyone loves it and asks for the recipe. I must for entertaining. It is so easy to make! You won't be unsatisfied!

This was really excellent, I put in a spicier sauce and the kids complained but I think next time I will just use a milder sauce and it will be fine for everyone.

Very good recipe. I made a few adjustments:%0d%0a%0d%0a1. I cut the recipe in half as that 15 serving is just a bit too much for just me and my husband.%0d%0a%0d%0a2. I layered the recipe. The first layer was the biscuit and salsa mixture. The second layer was chicken. The third layer was the veggies (where I added corn and took out the olives). The fourth layer was 2 oz of cream cheese that I broke apart and dotted around. The fifth layer was the remaining biscuit and salsa mixture. The last layer was the cheese. %0d%0a%0d%0aEven though I cut the recipe in half it still took just about 35 minutes to cook in my oven. Overall this was a good base recipe that turned out to be a very good recipe with my tweaking.
