This was really "DELISH" I did however change it just a tad bit, I used (2) roll out pie crusts baking the bottom one 10 mins. then adding the mixture of cooked ground beef, cheese, taco seasons & corn. I also added a jar of Black Bean Salsa to the beef/taco mixture. It was wonderful and super quick... that is the name of the game nowadays.... QUICK & GOOD!

We loved this! I used a mexican blend cheese that was milder because of kids. Then we used salsa, more cheese, sour cream, and chopped onion as toppers. Very, very good!

I used well-seasoned ground turkey in place of beef. This made the recipe high in protein and low in fat. What a scrumptious Mexican casserole.

This cassrole of absolutely WON-DER-FUL!! My husband couldn't stop commenting on how good it was and it is SOOO easy. GREAT!!

I can't tolerate hot peppers so instead I added black beans and creamed corn.

My family love this recipe with a few of additions. I added a can of black beans, a jar of picante sauce, and a can of diced green chiles to the meat mixture along with a few dashes of hot sauce! Delicious!
