I made this with the enchilada sauce and it was yummy! I also added a can of diced chiles the next time I made it and it just gave it that extra boost it needed..really good.

We really liked this, but we did make some changes.... ground turkey, low-sodium taco seasoning, 2% cheese and reduced-fat whole wheat biscuits - served with iceberg lettuce, red pepper, olives and roasted green chile salsa. Still a hit in our house.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Instead of saving the olives as garnish, I cooked them during the last 10 minutes with the cheese and threw in some of the salsa...very yummy! This recipe is a keeper!!!

I made this in the Tupperware Stack Cooker in the microwave. Took only 10 minutes and it was great!

Loved this recipe! I wanted a little more zip to my dish so I substituted a can of red enchilada sauce instead of the tomato soup. It was excellent!!

I made this last week. Big hit! My kids - ages 14 and 9 - are very picky. They loved it. They ate it as it was straight from the oven. My husband and I added lettuce, tomatos and salsa to our pieces. This is definitely being added to the dinner rotation!
