IN READING THIS RECIPE, I SEE WHERE SOME OF YOU USED ENCHILADA SAUCE INSTEAD OF THE TOM. SOUP. MY QUESTION IS: HOW MUCH OF THE SAUCE DID YOU USE FOR THIS RECIPE.

Not a review more of a question...I can't eat the biscuits (allergic to milk) but I can eat the crescent rolls. Do you suppose I could some how sub one for the other?

This was WONDERFUL! Even our very picky eater grandson asked for seconds! Full of flavor, and unique texture. Will definitely make again!

I have been cooking this dish for many years. It was huge success the first time I made it, and continues to be a family favorite for us.....not to mention the other relatives I have introduced it to as well! I always have to double the recipe when we eat it. i haven't made just a single batch since the first time I made over 8 years ago. I do some times use ground turkey instead of beef, depending on my mood. No one can tell the difference. I have even fooled my father-in-laws who is a red meat man all the way...Give it a try. You won't regret serving this at your dinner table!

This recipe was very simple and turned out great. I used a soy meat substitute to keep in meat-free and it worked great. My husband loved it and it is kid friendly- a great week night dinner with or without a salad!

This was very good & everyone liked it. It was a tasty dish I think young children would like. Next time I'm going to step it up and try the enchilada sauce along with diced tomatoes and frozen corn.

WOW!!! What a nice recipe. I also subbed the tomato soup with the enchilada sauce and added a1/2 cup of frozen corn,1/2 cup of black beans and a couple Tbs of my homemade salsa. Then baked as instructed. It was scrumptious!!!

Very good recipe! I did substitute enchiladas sauce for the tomato soup and added a can of diced chilies to give it more flavor. Good leftovers the next day for lunch too,
