This was really good! I used the can of enchilada sauce instead of tomato soup like suggested and i also added a can of Rotel because i didn't have a can of green chilies. DO ADD THE TOPPINGS! The toppings in my opinion, are what make the dish taste so good. I added everything but the olives because i don't like them. I also used cheddar/Monterey jack cheese blend. Any cheese will work. I will definitely make again!

I was surprised how delicious this was! I took other peoples advice and used one 14 oz can of Old El Paso enchilada sauce plus 1/4 cup water with a spoonful of salsa and a 4oz can if green chilies. The extra water made it so that the biscuits didn't dry out too much and still had a bubbly sauce and the green chilled added a little heat and flavor! Will be my go to no fuss dinner!

We made this tonight and although it looked nothing like the picture, it was delicious!! We used an entire can of enchilada sauce and about 1/4 c of water as a substitute for the tomato soup and water, the lower fat biscuits and 2% cheese. We also added frozen sweet corn and black beans!! Next time we may try the grands buiscuits as we were hoping they would be a more prominent feature rather than just an accent. Yummy! Will make again and again! Thanks Pillsbury!

This was so easy and loved by my entire family. I picked it because I thought "grandkids will love this," but it was loved by all ages. It's so easy to make, my 13 year old granddaughter now makes it.

I used ground turkey. I also added 8oz salsa inside the turkey mix while cooking. The presentation and taste was very impressive.

I made this for dinner tonight and it turned out to be very good. I only used 1 pound of hamburger, and will be sure to use the full amount next time. Also, I cut my biscuits up while the hamburger was cooking, and I think it would have been better to keep them refrigerated until ready to toss with the burger mixture. It got sort of gooey because the biscuits were room temperature and I thought it would just be a big blob mess, but it worked out just fine, just more difficult to stir into the mix.

would you use the same amount of enchilada sauce as the tomato? (if you're subsituting it). Looks good and like a party food!

Followed this recipe to the letter and mine came out very dry, all biscuit and not much sauce. Can someone tell me what I did wrong?
