Cup red wine vinegar

Cup fresh cilantro, chopped

tbsp Ground black pepper

tsp Hot pepper sauce

tsp Chili powder

  • 1 In a large bowl, combine both the beans, bell peppers, frozen corn, and red onion.
  • 2 Take a small bowl.
  • 3 Add whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar.
  • 4 Also add lime juice, sugar, salt, garlic, cilantro, cumin, and black pepper.
  • 5 Season with hot pepper sauce and chili powder
  • 6 Pour olive oil dressing over vegetables and mix well.
  • 7 Chill thoroughly and serve cold.
  • 8 Mexican Bean Salad is ready.
