*****AMWILBON13**** Firstly please thank your beautiful daughter from me and my family! I'm adding her and your family to my prayer list. I have a nephew in the Military for the past 4yrs & we are all so very proud of him. K..not that I've tried to make them ahead but why couldn't you do it and just cook them except for like the last 15 or 20 min. then like the morning of the party toss them in oven and finish cooking? I would Definitely do it myself!! Hope it works for you! God bless!

Im trying to find out if these could be made ahead and frozen. Im having a huge (100-150ppl) going away party for my daughter leaving for the Military and trying to make things ahead of time.

If you don't like spinach, try substituting a can of refried beans.

These were brought to a potluck and were a huge hit! I had to come and find the recipe for myself. I can't wait to make them!

These were the hit of the party!! I added ground turkey burger to mine and it made them even better. EVERYONE was asking for the recipe! And they taste great as leftovers!

I love to bring something different to a party. These were just the thing. Everyone loved them! Not only were they very visually appealing, but they were delicious! I made them to the recipe, but can think of several variations I'd like to try.

I tried this for a Bunco party as well. Fantastic. I used cream cheese w/chives and a little extra taco seasoning. Here in Texas, we love a little 'zip' in our food. I would probably use a spicier Rotel or some jalapeno just to suit our taste. Real crowd pleaser!!

These were wonderful! Will make them again and again! I made them the second time using lite cr cheese and sr cream and they were still great.
