Loved this recipe! Used the larger biscuits & standard muffin tin. I have taken these to several parties & we never have enough!

I got rave reviews for this recipe at a church party. Very easy to make. I made the mistake of not looking at the recipe closely enough that I bought Grands Biscuits instead of Grands Jr Biscuits so the cup baked up and out over the side so they didn't actually look like the picture but were very tasty and I probably will use a spicier flavor of tomatoes/green chilies the next time. Will definitely be making these again.

I have not tried this, however, when making lasagna I use Borskin (hope I spelled that right) cheese with ricotta add egg(s) and seasoning. Sour cream and cream cheese are too boring. I think it would be good with some hot peppers and mushrooms on top with "HOT" Doritos. If you try it, let me know. Ellen 545

These little cups are the appetizers from hell. The biscuits are hard to pull apart and it is just way too time consuming. I added fresh roasted green chilies and the taste was still bland. I would not recommend this recipe at all.

Made this for our Super Bowl get together and it was a HUGE hit! It is really good when dipped in salsa too!

I mixed all the filling ingredients (except the crushed chips), added an extra teaspoon of homemade taco mix, sprinkled the cheese on top and made it as a dip. Put it in an oven-proof dish at 350F for about 20 minutes, served it with nacho chips and it was a huge hit!

I was going to a annual meeting potluck and was to bring an appetizer. I wanted something different and consider myself a gourmet cook. I read all the reviews - all good, so I made them. I followed the receipe exactly & with brand names. They were extremely time consuming to make and I thought they were quite tasteless, for all the great ingredients and time involved. I won't make them again.

Made these tonight looking for a new recipe to bring to a Super Bowl Party. Added some cooked chicken breast I put in the food processor and we had them as a meal. They were amazingly good!!!
