found this a fun way to create not only wreaths but candy canes and snowmen. much easier than rolling and cutting out. Just make sure you roll "ropes" into thin stripes before forming your shapes.

This recipe sounds great but the cookies do not hold their shape. They either end up reall wide and flat or the hole is extremely small, so they look nothing like a wreath. Don't waste your time with these cookies.

I tried making these and found them rather difficult. The cookies when baked take on a shape of their own you have to kind of try to reshape them right after they come out of the oven. Just not worth the trouble I thought.

These cookies were so easy to make. The children loved helping roll out the dough to make the wreaths.
