I love this recipe! I've made these meringues for Christmas (a little green food coloring and in the shape of trees), for Valentine's Day (a little red food coloring) in the shape of hearts, and just fun swirls! So easy to make, a sweet little light pick me up that melts in your mouth : )

Very simple and would definitely make again. However, the recipe doesn't tell you when to use the vanilla.
