large cans Chili Beans (1 hot, 2 regular)

small cans sliced black olives

small cans mushrooms
3
small cans chopped chili peppers

large can tomato sauce

large fresh green bell peppers

Salt, pepper, chili pepper, ground red pepper,

  • 1 Brown hamburger and chop fresh vegetables.
  • 2 Combine all ingredients into large pot. DO NOT drain canned items.
  • 3 Place pan on medium heat and bring to a simmer.
  • 4 While on heat, add seasonings. I do not measure these out. For each I pour a thin layer onto the top of the chili mixture and stir. I do this twice and let the chili simmer for about 1 hour. Then taste and add more if needed.
