Mediterranean Wraps

15 minutes and two steps is all you need to assemble these delicious hummus and vegetable filled wraps - perfect for a Mediterranean dinner.

(8-oz.) container hummus

cup chopped fresh parsley

cup sliced ripe olives

medium cucumber, thinly sliced

tomato, seeded, chopped

oz. (1/2 cup) crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 Spread each bread half evenly with hummus to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  • 2 Arrange parsley, olives, cucumber, tomato and cheese over hummus. Roll up each bread half.
