Other than the feta cheese, which l despise, l thought it was pretty darn good. Could be made inside as well, in the broiler.
l have been experimenting with different cheeses, trying to find one that will complement the lemon and herbs. lf l can find the right cheese, l would make it again in a heartbeat.
