This is so very good. I only had 3 eggs, so added 2 tablespoons of flour to the egg mix. Did not have any ham, so added a pack of pre-cooked sausages cut up instead. It looked beautiful when baked and my husband and I ate 2/3 of it for supper. Very good keeper recipe.

I would recommend using a deep dish crust. Also, if you can't find tomato basil feta, just buy regular feta and tomato basil pesto. This dish came out great and everyone was raving about it!

This is a great way to also use up veggies from the fridge. No spinach so I cleaned out my crisper and came up with a wonderful variation with asparagus tips, fresh yellow and orange peppers, onions, garlic, feta cheese, eggs and salt and pepper to taste.
