Made this tonight for dinner. My 2 yr old loved it as did my husband. I will certainly make it again, however, the spinach (despite me squeezing it super dry) and maybe tomatoes? were still wet and made for an eventual soggy bottom crust - especially the leftovers. Next time, I will use fresh spinach. I also added some crumbled sausage and Kalamata olives. Super yummy.

I have made this recipe several times--even took it to a Church Supper and it was a tremendous hit! I did add garlic to the feta after making it the first time. It can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for a day before cooking.

I made this twice, and everyone absolutely loved it! i think the salt was unnecessary though. feta cheese has a high salt content already

This was my first braid and I will definately make it again. I generally don't like Tomatoes, but they were really an important part of this recipie. It has also inspired me to cook more with frozen spinach and in a mediterrain style.

I made this today and much to my surprise the entire family LOVED it. I did make a modification. Instead of ricotta, I used cream cheese. I bought the soft cream cheese in the tub and used about 12 oz with about 3 oz of Feta. Just before baking I lightly salted with course cracked salt. I will definitely make this again

I've made this recipe two times already. I went exactly by the recipe the first time. The second time I added a little more garlic to the spinach and sprinkled the tomatoes with garlic salt and onion powder as well as some salt and pepper. I liked it better with the additional spices. I love how the crust browns. I took it to a covered dish supper at our Church and everyone commented on how good it was.
