Ingredients

lb beef stew meat

cup chopped onion

can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped

jar (4.5 oz) Green Giant™ sliced mushrooms, drained

can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

tablespoon balsamic vinegar

tablespoon drained capers
1
tablespoon dried minced garlic
1
teaspoon Italian seasoning
1
teaspoon salt
1
teaspoon sugar
1 1/2
cups uncooked penne pasta
1
tablespoon olive oil
Fresh ground pepper, if desired
1/2
cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, mix all ingredients except pasta, oil, pepper and cheese.
  2. 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 7 to 9 hours.
  3. 3 About 15 minutes before serving, make pasta as directed on package. Stir pasta, oil and pepper into beef mixture. Serve with cheese.
