cup dry bread crumbs

cup milk

teaspoon salt

teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. 2 In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape mixture into twenty 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Place in ungreased 13x9-inch pan or on rack in broiler pan.
  3. 3 Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center and thermometer inserted in center reads 160°F.
