We enjoyed this recipe, but I did make some changes. I omitted the mushrooms because I don't like them. I also left out the onions, even though I like them, because I could not find them at the store. I cooked the biscuits separate because I was afraid they would not cook underneath, we still used them to soak up the sauce. Other than that I kept the recipe the same. The sauce was good, I made mashed potatoes and it made a good gravy. My son, who pretty much does not like anything I cook, asked if I would make them again!

This was pretty good and very easy to make. I served it with noodles and next time would probably omit the biscuits and just serve it over noodles. Biscuits get a little soggy on the bottom.

It was pretty good of i used venison sorry to those who are animal activist.I also made the mistake of using unfrozen briskets and they weren't done in the middle but all in all pretty easy to make and taste was edible.

Yummy! I used a little extra sour cream from what the recipe called for to make this a little more moist....
