frozen cooked original flavor meatballs (about 9 oz)

bag (19 oz) Green Giant® Create A Meal!® frozen lo mein stir-fry meal starter

small red or green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

cup water
  • 1 Heat meatballs in microwave as directed on package.
  • 2 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, mix contents of meal starter, the bell pepper and water. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in hot meatballs.
