Ingredients

½ pound lean beef, sliced
2
pounds potatoes of your choice, skin on
3
tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt to taste
Dash of freshly cracked black pepper
¼ teaspoon Allspice
¼ teaspoon Baharat

  • 1 In a saucepan, cover potatoes with water bring to a boil,
  • 2 cook the potatoes half way, drain and set aside.
  • 3 In a non-stick pan, cook the sliced beef in its own juice until browned.
  • 4 Add the potatoes, olive oil and the seasonings to the meat and sauté until tender and cooked.
