I love sweet potatoes and so does my family, no matter how they are fixed. I am going to try this new recipe on them and see how they like it.

I did not follow this recipe by heart, but I think my review is important for others to understand that its a good start and you can doctor it up anyway you like. I used skim milk and turkey bacon and I had no thyme on hand so I only used salt and pepper. Very yummy

This was so easy to make and very delicious I am very much going to make this again in the future never thought sweet potatoe could taste this good.
