I actually used all of the ingredients in this recipe but I made it as a hot dish. First, I grilled the chicken and sliced it then added it and the pasta to the other ingredients that were heating on the stove. Delicious!!

This was very good, but it does have a definite taste of cilantro... which I'm not a huge fan of. So next time I'll put less of that, just because of my personl preference. But other than that, it was very good. :)

OMG! This was absolutely wonderful. I made it the night prior to a potluck at work. Sampled it and gave some to a family member and they liked it. I highly recommend this recipe! This is a make again!

I obmitted the sour cream and put plain yogurt in its place to make it a little more healthy and it turned out great. This was a hit at our monthly pot luck party.

This is one of the easiest yet best tasting recipies I've found. The tequila really adds a burst of authentic flavor, and, sorry, but the cilantro really is essential to the flavor of the dish. It adds a nice freshness. This is a great dish to take to picnics and reunions as there is no mayo or other easily-spoilable ingredients. ***Just be sure to put it in a cooler to transport it and only let is sit out for a max of 2 to 2 1/2 hours at a time to prevent harmful bacteria growth. :)

OMG! This is one of the easiest yet best tasting recipies I've ever tried! The tequila really adds a burst of authentic flavor, and it's a wonderful summertime dish to bring to picnics and reunions since there's no mayo or other easily spoilable ingredients. ***Just make sure to put it back into the cooler after a couple of hours to prevent dangerous bacteria from growing. My family loves cilantro, and, yes please add it. Lots of it. :)

This recipe was great, my husband thought it was amazing! The CILANTRO was what really made this recipe! If you don’t like cilantro you probably shouldn’t make recipes that call for it. Will definitely cook again!
