LOCATION
To broil pork tenderloin, place on broiler pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, turning once and brushing with glaze during last 10 minutes of cooking time.
Grill flare-ups result from fat draining onto hot coals. Because pork tenderloin is lean, it grills quickly with few flair-ups.
Cook pork tenderloin to an internal temperature of 155°F. Pork dries out quickly; take care not to overcook it.
Grilled sweet potatoes go well with pork. Peel the potatoes and slice them about 1/2 inch thick. Drizzle them with olive oil, season as desired and grill on skewers or in a grill basket until slices are tender.
