teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed

teaspoon dried marjoram leaves, crushed

lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

tablespoon butter or margarine
2
tablespoons real maple or maple-flavored syrup

Steps

  • 1 In resealable food-storage plastic bag, place thyme, marjoram, salt, onion powder and garlic powder; seal bag and shake to mix. Add pork slices; seal bag and shake to coat.
  • 2 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add pork mixture; cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until pork is no longer pink in center. Add syrup; cook and stir until pork is glazed.
