Oh My Gosh!!! This is so easy to make, and tastes like you spent hours making a sweet yeast dough to create this beautiful pull-apart. I added about 2 tablespoons of pancake syrup in addition to the vanilla. Its good with or without the pecans, and incredible with apples. Just peel and chop into chunks, cook in microwave with your butter for a couple of minutes, then mix in with the rest of the yummy stuff. I take this to church, and everybody raves about it!!

It is delicious. It was loved by both young and old. Take any remains out of the bottom of pan and place on top. Let cool some and ice. Serve while it is warm. Mine was gone before it cooled!

Simple to put together..comes out pretty good but some of the good stuff remains on the bottom of the pan so remove from pan asap..watch closely at the end of baking time. Get's pretty brown and crispy with all of that sweet.

Guess I was in a hurry when I made this. I left it in the pan and spread the icing over it. It was very hard to get out of the pan when we wanted some to eat. Will just have to make it again and do it correctly this time.
