I wish I could remember where I found this recipe, but it was quite similar, only I use frozen mangos, and canned pineapple. I throw the frozen mangos, pineapple, copped sweet onion, cilantro and lime juice in the food processer and chop till almost blended (think and slightly chunky). I have never tasted anything so great with Salmon! I use it every time I cook it; which now is two to three times a week.
