This salad was fresh and tasted amazing!! I used uncooked flour tortillas, cut them into fourths, sprayed them with olive oil, sprinkled them with cumin, then baked them and made homemade chips to dip into the salad with instead. If you're going to make the bowls, you'll need to use the precooked flour tortillas that are more common. The uncooked tortillas fell apart in the bowl :( but the salad was delicious and it made a LOT!! Unfortunately avocado doesn't stay fresh in the refrigerator for long, so I had to throw some out :( it takes a lot of time and energy, but the taste is worth it!

The combo of flavors is fantastic! The bowls were so easy to make and looked so impressive. It is hearty enough for a meal by itself and the salad even kept for 2 days for leftovers! I love that you get protein, fruit and veggies all in one punch.

This flavor combo was great! I left out putting this in the a taco bowl and simply put everythibg on a nice bed of lettuce. It was wonderful!

This is by far my favorite recipe, and I have made a bunch! I will definitely be voting for this one. It is so healthy and the taste is outstanding!!! I made a few of my own adjustments that you may want to try: I grilled the chicken and seasoned it with sea salt and fresh pepper; I made chips instead of bowls out of the tortillas; I put the dressing on the side for people to dish up on their own; I put mango juice, instead of nectar, in the dressing; I mixed everything together except the avocado and lime juice and let it sit for a few so the flavors could mix. I have little kids (3 and 5) and they loved it. Great job on this!

I made this awesome recipe for a birthday party and it was a hit when it reached the table! It caught attention with its colorful ingredients and guests asked about it immediately. I baked the tortillas as directed but then broke them into chips to serve as finger food. The taste was out of this world and got rave reviews. Each ingredient has its own unique flavor, and when combined--magic! My compliments to the chef and you have my vote--best of luck!
