pint (2 cups) frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt, slightly softened

cup pineapple juice

teaspoon coconut extract

ripe mango, peeled, seeded and cut up, or 1 1/4 cups refrigerated sliced mango

Directions

  1. 1 Spoon frozen yogurt into blender container; add remaining ingredients. Cover; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
