This delicious non-alcoholic version of pina colada is thick and rich-tasting, without all the calories.

pint (2 cups) frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt, slightly softened
1/4
cup pineapple juice
1/2
teaspoon coconut extract

ripe mango, peeled, seeded and cut up, or 1 1/4 cups refrigerated sliced mango

Steps

  • 1 Spoon frozen yogurt into blender container; add remaining ingredients. Cover; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
