Made this for easter morning. Put it together the night before. Everyone went crazy for it. They couldn't get enough. I followed the recipe exactly and served 6 people, they ate it all. So easy.

What I appreciate about this recipe is that it tells me how to work with the leeks which is an ingredient I've been curious to try but was unsure what parts to use and how to prep. Thanks for including this detail at the end of the recipe. I'm also going to try the tip that was added in the "tips" tab about browning the potatoes.

After spraying the 9x13 pan I placed potatoes in the dish and broiled them until golden brown, we like the texture and additional favoring from browning the potaoes.
