Turkey

For Thanksgiving, sure, but turkey is a lean, tasty choice all year long!

About Turkey

Turkey is an excellent choice for soups and stews, casseroles and pot pies. Slice it for sandwiches, or cube leftovers and add to gravy to serve over biscuits. Use ground turkey for lean burgers on the grill or even lasagna.  With all of its potential, it's clear why turkey reigns every month of the year, not just in November!
