I also used pineapple and coconut ice cream. As this and Mango sorbet only available in 14 oz containers, I made up the difference with vanilla ice cream. Next time I would also add chunks of mango. Jars of mango are often only found in the produce area in most markets. An easy and quick dessert idea! Guests loved it.

Could not find cocoanut sherbert so used pineapple cocoanut ice creme. It is just too good. Also could not find good mango to top pie with so used toasted cocoanut. 5 star

Absolutely scrumptious! I had a luau at our house this past weekend and served this pie as part of my desserts. It was a huge hit and would definitely make this again and again.

I made this pie and it was yummy, however, very costly. Won't make it again.

It's just way...way... way too expensive to make! Even though it tastes great.
