Ingredients

: 1 - Pillsbury® Refrigerated Classic Pizza Crust 13.8 oz

2: ounces genoa salami

4: ounces shredded mozarella cheese

1: large tomato sliced thin

4: ounces chive and onion cream cheese (room temperature)

Directions

1 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
2 2. Unroll the pizza crust on lightly floured surface
3 3. Cut up the salami into very small pieces and mix with the cream cheese
4 4. Add 2 ounces shredded mozarella to the mixture
5 5. Slice your tomato into very thin slices
6 6. Spread the cheese mixture on the pizza dough almost covering whole thing
7 7. Lay the tomatoes in a row across the dough. Roll the dough from the long side of the dough
8 8. Roll the dough up like a jelly roll and carefully transfer it to parchment lined cookie sheet
9 9. Sprinkle 2 more oz. mozarella cheese on top. Make four or so slits in the dough and put into oven.
10 10. Bake for 15 minutes or until it starts to get brown
