INGREDIENTS

1 - Pillsbury® Refrigerated Chocolate Flavored Chip Cookie Dough 16.5 oz roll
1 cup dried mini fruit bits
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds (shelled)
3 tablespoons white chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

1 Heat oven to 350 degrees 2 Break up cookie dough into a large mixing bowl, mix or knead in fruit bits, walnuts and sunflower seeds. 3 Roll dough into (24) 1 ½” balls and place on ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until lightly brown. 4 Remove cookies from oven to baking racks to cool 5 Place white chocolate chips in a small microwave proof bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Stir and drizzle over cookies. Allow chocolate to set up before serving.

In the words of my mother "You better eat something to keep your energy". That was my inspiration for this cookie. They are full of energy boosting ingredients and a perfect addition to any lunch box. My husband loved these cookies. I had a hard time keeping him out of the cookie jar!
