Loaded Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients

package (30 oz) frozen extra-spicy and crispy potato wedges

cups chopped fully cooked ham (12 oz)

medium red bell pepper, chopped
1
cup chopped green onions (10 medium)

cups (8 oz) sharp Cheddar cheese
8
slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/2
cup sour cream

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Arrange potato wedges in baking dish; bake 20 to 25 minutes until potatoes are beginning to brown.
  3. 3 Top with ham, pepper and half the green onions.
  4. 4 Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Sprinkle with bacon.
  5. 5 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are heated through. Top servings with sour cream and remaining green onions.
