I would've loved it if my husband got the right kind of cheese sauce! He got Queso cheese dip so it was too spicey for me...but of course the hubby and my son enjoyed it all!

This was SO good! It was like eating those oh-so-bad for you cheese fries from a restaurant, but without having to pay the price. I baked the casserole exactly as instructed and it came out great! The potatoes were crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. I also topped these with my own fat-free ranch dressing, turkey bacon, and used low fat shredded cheddar cheese to cut down some of the unhealthy aspects. Very very good!!!

this could've been a lot better. i would recommend cooking the wedges so they're nice and crispy then adding the toppings and baking it for just a few mins maybe 10-15. what happened when i made it was the wedges did not get crispy they were mushy especially toward the middle of the casserole and they weren't even completely hot although i cooked it longer than the recipe calls for. i think this would be great if you cook the wedges first.
