Ingredients

(14-oz.) can artichoke hearts in water, drained, coarsely chopped

cup light sour cream
1/2
cup light mayonnaise
1/2
cup grated Parmesan cheese

tablespoons sliced green onions
1/2
teaspoon garlic powder
Dash hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread in ungreased 9-inch quiche dish, glass pie pan or shallow 1-quart casserole.
  2. 2 Bake at 350°F. for 18 to 24 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm with fresh vegetable dippers or crackers. Store in refrigerator.
