I am not a tarragon lover, so I probably wouldn't make it, but for those who do the recipe sounds excellent

The recipe is simple and fresh tasting. The only problem I see is the availability of fresh tarragon and my reluctance to use green onions not grown locally. I would substitute my home-grown chives and basil and it would still be delicious. I'm definitely trying this.

This tastes like springtime! Warm & light with just enough spice. Easy to make for beginners like me-very pretty too. Will make again for sure.

This is a great recipe for those on low salt diets. Sour cream can be substituted for the salt without losing flavor.
I will make this often because it is so simple and a one dish meal. Just add garlic toast.
