I baked these almost 10 minutes and pulled them out because they were nicely browned on the bottom - but the insides were still a little doughy. You have to roll them in the sugar immediately upon coming out of the oven, I think, because I had difficulty with it sticking. They are fragile, so I think next time I will make them into little balls so they are sturdy enough to roll in the 10X. The lime juice and zest make these a nice change from chocolate and nut cookies.
