Delicious. Husband loved them. I recommend adding some chopped jalapeños with the green chilis to spice these up a bit.

I had a version of this several years ago. It was terrible. The soup taste overpowered everything else.

I made this last night and it was a huge hit! Even for those in the family that hate when I make "lighter" versions of things- they had no idea! I sprinkled a little taco seasoing on the chicken to add a little spice to it. Aunt Lois, you said you double it and freeze the leftovers. Do you freeze it cooked or uncooked? I didn't know how the yogurt/sour cream would freeze...

I have made this recipe several times and my family loves it. It is creamy and so good. This recipe will stay in my recipe box. If you love Mexican you will love this.

I usually double this freeze left overs for a quick lunch . I found this recipe in one those little books you see at the checkouts. It is great not too spicy just right.

This was a quick and easy recipe to make. I did modify it a bit for my household but it turned out great!
