Except for hamburger helper, I've never made this meal. How easy and delicious! I'm not a mushroom fan at all, so I omitted them and used cream of onion soup instead of the mushroom soup. And instead of parsley I used cilantro as the garnish. YUMMY!!! We will have this often :o)

I have been making beef stroganoff this way for years and it's easier and tastier than using the round steak strips. My husband loves it and if I don't get my share first, believe me when I say there is none for anyone else. He loves it. If you find that it is to hot after cooking then spoon in about a tablespoon or so of cottage cheese. It's good that way.
