can (14oz) Eagle Brand milk
2
cans frozen pink lemonade drink mix from concentrate
Large (16oz) cool whip
2
graham cracker pie crusts

  • 1 Mix evaporated milk with drink mix and cool whip together well.
  • 2 Fill each pie crust well.
  • 3 Refrigerate or freeze until solid and serve chilled.

It's fun to make two different flavors. Half the cool whip and eagle brand milk and mix separately with two different flavors of frozen concentrate. You may want to use 9 oz of concentrate rather than the whole 12oz per pie. My favorites are lemonade/pink lemonade and lime. Also, they taste even better if you use a home-made graham cracker pie crust rather than a ready-made one from the store.
