A lot of steps but not too difficult. This is excellent! I don't care for lemon pie and I love this one!

This is a beautiful pie and tastes expensive. I will make it again, but it's not a quicky pie. It's one of those pies that you make from scratch and spend a Sunday afternoon making. The results are worth the effort, but make sure you have time to make it before you start.

This is amazing!!! But the top layer was difficult to make & took FOREVER to thicken! But who am I kidding? It was sooo worth it! Was even better after being in the fridge & the crust softened up a bit. Brought it to work to share & the bossman rated it a 9! Second only to his Mom's lemon meringue :)

I USED A GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST INSTEAD, IT WAS DELICIOUS!

I made this for Mother's Day and it was awesome. I will try it with the graham cracker crust next time. Thanks for the recipe.

I was really looking forward to this!!! I must've gone wrong somewhere...the topping didn't set up right. Very time consuming!!! Prepare in advance. A lot of work, for something I was dissapointed in.

I took the easy way and used a pre-made Shortbread crust. Brought it to our monthly office lunch & received RAVE reviews!

This pie was fantastic..Used more lemon zest than called for but my husband loves lemony desserts. I want to make it in bars next time any suggestions. I would like to use a 9 x 13 pan. Thanks for the recipe. I give it 6 stars.
