To broil, place food on broiler pan and broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times provided above as a guide.
One tablespoon of chopped fresh tarragon or one teaspoon of dried tarragon leves is a wonderful substitute for the thyme in this recipe.
Or, if lemon thyme is available, use that in place of the regular thyme. It has a light lemony fragrance and taste that will complement this dish.
Garnish your serving platter with fresh lemon wedges and a sprig of fresh thyme.
