teaspoon grated lemon peel

to 2 teaspoons milk

  • 1 In small bowl, combine all ingredients, adding enough milk for desired spreading consistency; blend well. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Store in refrigerator.

This is good on nutbreads, etc. I used brown sugar in place of the white. It's also fine with lower fat Philly, but the no fat is too runny.
