couldnt find the lemon burst yogurt, put vanilla yogurt and added more lemon peel, the peel of a whole lemon, and squeezed the juice in as well. They turned out great! Paired really well with iced coffee great afternoon treat in the middle of a hot day.

Easy to make. Very light and refreshing for a "summer" muffin.

Just ehhh ok. Didn't have much of a lemon flavor, I'm a lemon fan and were kinda dry, I even pulled them out 5 minutes before it said to! Crumb topping was nice though. I would definitely up the lemon zest to possibly 1 TBSP next time, if I ever attempt these again!
