This is by far one of the best fruit pies that I have ever made. I used fresh lemons for the lemon juice. All of the flavors just blended so well. The perfect pie for after a big meal!

This pie is wonderfully cool and fresh for the summer. When I make it I substitute 1 cup whipping cream whipped with 3 T sugar for the whipped topping--delicious! I have also made it substituting fresh strawberries for all or part of the raspberries--this time of year the strawberries are very sweet and inexpensive--and it's delicious either way.
