This was so easy and turned out amazing! I made 2, one for a bake sale and one for the family. Everyone thought it tasted great! Definitely going into my keeper pile.

Quick, easy, delicious, and inexpensive! Made this for a group of 17-27 age range and it was a hit. I added extra lemon peel ... I probably used around 1 tablespoon.

I made this for a breakfast treat for friends. Instead of using lemons for the rind and frosting, I used oranges. The taste is just as good. Also, instead of using pecans, I used walnuts. I loved the look of the finished product. It gives the coffee cake a nice look.
