I made this for Easter. It was okay. Certainly nothing special. The biscuits on the center were kind of dry. Disappointing!I baked it at 325 degrees for 35 minutes and had no problem with doughiness that some complained about.

Loved it!!! Couldn't find 'cook and serve' so used instant with no issue. Also only used 1 can of biscuits cut in quarters because there were just three of us. Cooked about eight minutes extra. Overall great!!!

The recipe states to only use the cook and serve..not instant pudding . I can't find lemon that is not instant. Do you think it will still come out alright? What is the difference in the ingredients in the two puddings besides the fact that you cook one on the stove?

This was very easy and tastes wonderful. I actually sprinkled the rest of the dry ingredients over the top of the biscuit pieces before baking. Took the entire 30 minutes to bake. I did a 1/2 and 1/2 lemon and lime juice for the drizzle. Gave the drizzle a real kick!
