As a cheesecake lover this is a nice alternative without all the calories! It is so easy and light and refreshing. Will definitely make it again and again and again.....

Read this recipe the day before leaving for vacation. I printed it and put it in my purse to be pulled out at the grocery store at the beach. There wasno lemon pie filling to be found, so I substituted Lemon Curd from the jam and jelly aisle...then at the end of the week I used Keylime Curd and a vanilla wafer crust..perfect! Can''t wait to try the lemon pie filling andsee which we like better.

This pie was light and fluffy with a zippy lemon flavor. Next time I''ll try it in a graham pie shell. Very easy to make espescially in a pinch!

The combination of lemon pudding and lemon pie filling, two things not in my pantry...then on top of that an artificial creme...no, there are much easier ways to get lemon cream pie

One of the best tasting pies we have tasted in a long time. Very refreshing, and easy to put together. I used a premade graham cracker crust and it was great.
